ERRATUM TO DA 96-1607

By the Chief, Financial Analysis and Compliance Division, Cable Services Bureau:

 The Order, DA 96-1607, released September 26, 1996, paragraph three, is corrected as
shown below:

 3.   Pursuant to the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992,
and our rules implementing it, 47 C.F.R. Part 76, Subpart N, Operator filed its FCC Forms
1200 and 1210 for the period starting May 15, 1994 through December 31, 1994 in response
to complaints referenced herein.  Upon review of Operator's FCC Forms 1200 and 1210, we
find no apparent errors in Operator's calculation of its CPST rates.  Operator's actual rates are
below its maximum permitted rate.  Therefore, we find that Operator's CPST rates in the above
referenced communities are justified and not unreasonable.

 In addition, paragraph five of the Order, DA 96-1607, is hereby deleted.
