On March 3, 1997, Charter Communications Entertainment I, L.P. ("Charter"), filed with the Commission an appeal of a local rate order adopted by St. Louis County, Missouri on January 30, 1997. In its rate order, the County rejected Charter's Form 1220 basic service tier rates. 2. On October 21, 1997, Charter filed with the Commission a motion to withdraw its earlier- filed appeal. In its motion, Charter states that it has reached an acceptable resolution of this matter with the City and therefore withdraws its appeal. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Charter Communications Entertainment I, L.P.'s Appeal of the local rate order of St. Louis County, Missouri is DISMISSED. 4.
