                                   ORDER

  Adopted:  March 2, 1998                          Released:  March 6, 1998

By the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau:

  1.    In this Order we consider the refund plan filed by the above-captioned operator
("Operator") in the above-captioned community pursuant to our order In the Matter of Cox
Community, Inc. d/b/a Emerald Coast Cable Television  ("Order on Reconsideration"). Our review
of Operator's refund plan reveals that the refund plan fulfills the requirements of the  Order on
Reconsideration.

  2.     In its refund calculation, Operator show a cumulative refund amount (including
franchise fees and  interest) that total $27.813.60 for the period March 1, 1997 through February 28,
1998.  In addition, Operator described its calculation and described how it will implement the refund
in March 1998.        
  3.     Accordingly, Operator's Refund Plan IS APPROVED based upon its compliance with
our Order on Reconsideration.

  4.     This action is taken pursuant to Section 0.321 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.
Section 0.321.
