SPRINT CORPORATION FILES AMENDED REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME        
     Pursuant to Commission Order, Sprint Corporation filed an Amended Request for Extension
of Time and Notification of Termination of Video Dialtone Trial  ("Amended Request for Extension
of Time") on March 3, 1997.  Comments on the Amended Request for Extension of Time are due
to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable Services
Bureau on or before March 17, 1997.
