On October 12, 1994, AT&T Corp. (AT&T) filed the above-captioned formal complaint against Cable & Wireless, Inc. (C&W). The complainant alleged that C&W had violated, inter alia, Sections 201(a), 201(b), and 202(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C.  201(a), 201(b), and 202(a). On January 23, 1995, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss with prejudice, stating that a mutually agreeable settlement had been reached, with the defendant admitting no liability. 2. We are satisfied that granting the parties' motion to dismiss the complaint will serve the public interest by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and of the Commission. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and the authority delegated in Section 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291, that the parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss IS GRANTED. 4.
