On December 9, 1993, Mobile Marine Radio, Inc. (MMR) filed the above-captioned complaints against IDB Communications Group, Inc. (IDB), and KFS World Communications (KFS), alleging violations of Sections 201 and 202 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 201, 202. On February 8, 1995, MMR filed a request to withdraw its complaints, stating that certain actions had been taken by IDB that make it no longer necessary to seek remedial action through the Commission's complaint process. 2. We are satisfied that granting MMR's request to withdraw its complaints will serve the public interest by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources by the parties and by the Commission. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Sections 1, 4(i), 4(j), and 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 151, 154(i), 154(j), 208, and the authority delegated under Section 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.291, that MMR's request to withdraw the above-captioned complaints IS GRANTED WITH PREJUDICE and the proceedings ARE TERMINATED.
