The Common Carrier Bureau  <$<  K<(Bureau) found that MCI had violated the ISP.:$ˈ <&'< <ԍXAmerican Telephone and Telegraph Company v. MCI  <Telecommunications Corporation, 9 FCC Rcd 2688 (Com. Car. Bur. 1994).(# AT&T then filed a   <supplemental complaint for damages stemming from MCI's violation while"%0*0*0*X/"   x<MCI responded by filing an application for review of the Bureau's"%0*0*0*X/"   <order.
