On February 21, 1992, Charter Network Company filed the above -captioned complaints against the defendants seeking to recover damages -from the defendants for alleged violations of the Commission's rules in -connection with the defendants' computation and assessment of terminating -carrier common line ("CCL") charges. On March 13, 1995, the parties -filed a joint motion to dismiss the complaints stating that the parties n-have negotiated a mutually agreeable settlement of all pending controversies. -2. We are satisfied that granting the parties' joint motion to -dismiss the complaints with prejudice will serve the public interest by -eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and of the Commission. -3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4(i) of the {-Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), and the -authority delegated in Section 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.291, that the parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss IS GRANTED. -4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the abovecaptioned complaints ARE DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and the proceedings ARE TERMINATED. ` ` hh,VFEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION -` ` hh,Vpp ` ` hh,VThomas D.
