No. 1 ) Transmittal No. 835 ) ORDER Adopted: March 29, 1996; Released: March 29, 1996 By the Chief, Tariff Division, Common Carrier Bureau: 1. On November 20, 1995, Bell Atlantic Network Services, Inc. filed Transmittal No. 835 to revise its Tariff F.C.C. No. 1. Transmittal No. 835, which became effective on January 4, 1996, introduces services permitting its collocated interconnection cross connect services to interconnect with its exchange access switched multi-megabit data service and its exchange access frame relay service. No petitions have been filed against this transmittal. 2. Transmittal No. 835 raises the same issues relating to rate levels, rate structures, and terms and conditions of service as those identified in the Virtual Collocation Tariff Suspension Order. Therefore, Transmittal No. 835 will be subject to the investigation initiated in the Virtual Collocation Tariff Suspension Order. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 205(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  205(a), and Section 0.291 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291, an investigation is instituted into the lawfulness of the revisions to Bell Atlantic Networks Services, Inc., Tariff F.C.C.
