                                   ORDER

         Adopted:  March 20, 1996;  Released:  April  12 , 1996

By the Chief, Enforcement Division, Common Carrier Bureau:

     1.  The complainant in the above-captioned proceedings, the Bell Atlantic Telephone
Companies (Bell Atlantic), has filed motions requesting that Commission dismiss the complaints
as satisfied and terminate the proceedings.  For good cause shown, we grant the motions.

     2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 208 of the
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 208, and the authority delegated
in Section 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291, that the above-captioned
complaints ARE DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and the proceedings ARE TERMINATED.
