By the Chief, Industry Analysis Division:

     1.   On November 13, 1996, and pursuant to delegated authority, the Common Carrier
Bureau released a Report and Order in the above-captioned proceeding.  That Report and Ordershould be corrected in the manner described in the following paragraphs.

     2.   In paragraph 2 of Appendix C, Section 63.07 of the Commission's rules was amended
by deleting paragraph (b), but the surviving paragraph (c) was not redesignated as paragraph (b). 
Accordingly, the phrase "and by redesignating paragraph (c) as paragraph (b)" should be inserted
at the end of the first and only sentence of paragraph 2 of Appendix C.

     3.   Paragraph 3 of Appendix C is corrected to clarify that the only portion of Section
43.21(d) that is deleted in the Report and Order is the sentence:

     "Each record carrier with operating revenues for a calendar year in excess of three-
     fourths of the indexed revenue threshold shall file a letter showing selected income
     statement and balance sheet items for that year with the Common Carrier Bureau
     Chief."

Paragraph 3 of Appendix C is further corrected to clarify that the last sentence of Section 43.21(d)
is amended to read:

     "This letter must be filed by March 31 of the following year."

     4.   In paragraph 5 of Appendix C, the phrase ", 1973" is deleted so that the amendment
to Section 64.804 of the Commission's rules reads:

     "Section 64.804 is hereby amended by deleting 'and July 31' in the present
     64.804(g)."

     5.   In Appendix D, paragraph 11, concerning the Report on Inside Wiring, is deleted and
the following new paragraph is inserted in Appendix C after the existing paragraph 3:

          "4.  Report on Inside Wiring: Part 43 of the Commission's Rules and
          Regulations (Chapter 1 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal
          Regulations, Part 43) is hereby amended as follows:

               'Section 43.41 is removed and reserved.'"
