Pursuant to the Commission's February 7, 1997 order in this docket, Ameritech Michigan (Ameritech), on February 11, 1997, filed a letter with the Commission stating that Ameritech "elects to withdraw its pending application for authorization to provide in-region, interLATA services in the State of Michigan." Ameritech therefore requests "that the Commission dismiss the above referenced application without prejudice." 2. We hereby grant Ameritech's request to dismiss its application without prejudice. We also hereby terminate the proceeding in the above-captioned docket. 3.
