     The Order and Certificate in the matter of  the Section 214 Application of GTE
Southwest Incorporated to discontinue service over facilities located in the State of Texas (NSD
File No. W-P-D-410), issued on January 6, 1997 under DA 96-1987, was reissued under DA
97-65 to reflect the issue year of 1997, rather than 1996. That Order and Certificate will be
entered in the Federal Register under DA 97-65.
