                                  ERRATUM


                                             Released:  February 12, 1998
                                                                         
       On January 29, 1998, the Commission released the Second Report and Order and Order 
on Reconsideration (FCC 98-9) in this proceeding.  The Order is corrected as follows: 

       1.      The Table of Contents on page 1 and the Section IX heading before paragraph 56
are corrected by deleting "0+" before "CALLS BY PRISON INMATES." 

       2.      Footnote 2 is amended by inserting the following after the first sentence:  "The
term  0+ calls  as used herein means non-access code operator service calls from aggregator
locations."    

       3.      Paragraph 27, third sentence, is amended by substituting "store-and-forward
equipment" for "such embedded equipment."    

       4.      The text of paragraph 57 at lines 12 and 14, footnote 179, and new Section
64.710(b)(1) in Appendix A are amended by deleting the term "0+." 

       5.      Paragraph 94 is amended by deleting "embedded."

       6.      Appendix A, Page 1, new subsection 64.703(a)(4), is amended by changing "0+"
