On March 19, 1999, the complainants in these consolidated complaint proceedings jointly filed their Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice. 2. We find that granting the complainants' joint motion will serve the interests of justice by promoting the private resolution of disputes and conserving the parties' and the Commission's resources. 3.
