                              ORDER

     Adopted:  April 9, 1999        Released:  April 9, 1999
     
     By the Chief, Formal Complaints and Investigations Branch, Enforcement Division,
Common Carrier Bureau:
     1.   On March 19, 1999, the complainants in these consolidated complaint proceedings
jointly filed their Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice.  
     2.   We find that granting the complainants' joint motion will serve the interests of
justice by promoting the private resolution of disputes and conserving the parties' and the
Commission's resources.  
     3.   Accordingly, it is ORDERED, pursuant to sections 4(i), 4(j), and 208 of the
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 154(j) and 208, and the authority
delegated in sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.91 and 0.291, that
the Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice is GRANTED.
     4    It is FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to sections 4(i), 4(j), and 208 of the
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), 154(j) and 208, and the authority
delegated in sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.91 and 0.291, that
these consolidated formal complaints are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and hereby
TERMINATED.
