     1.  On October 12, 1999, the Common Carrier Bureau adopted and released an Order in
the above-captioned proceeding.  This erratum amends the Order as follows:

     2.  Amend the second sentence of paragraph 2 to read, "The SLD Funding Commitment
Decision Letter relating to the request at issue is dated December 18, 1998."
