The Commission has before it a Petition for Reconsideration filed November 7, 1997, by Low Tech Designs, Inc. (LTD). LTD requests review of a October 8, 1997, order by the Commission denying LTD's petitions for "assumption of jurisdiction" of arbitration proceedings pursuant to section 252(e)(5) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. 1. The Commission properly decided LTD's section 252(e)(5) petitions for the reasons stated in our Memorandum Opinion and Order. LTD raises no new facts or arguments in its petition for reconsideration, and therefore there is no reason to disturb our initial decision. 2.
