We reconsider on our own motion, pursuant to sections 0.291 and 1.108 of the Commission's rules, our November 13, 2000 decision dismissing a Letter of Appeal filed by Northeast Educational Services Cooperative (NESC), Hayti, South Dakota, as untimely. In that Order, we found that NESC requested review of a funding commitment decision issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator) more than thirty days after the issuance of a decision by the Administrator. We have, however, subsequently learned that NESC's request for review was, in fact, timely filed. We therefore reconsider and vacate our Order dismissing NESC's Letter of Appeal as untimely, and continue to review NESC's Letter of Appeal in accordance with the Commission's rules. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 0.291 and 1.108 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291, 1.108, we hereby reconsider and vacate, on our own motion, our November 13, 2000 decision to dismiss the Letter of Appeal filed by Northeast Educational Services Cooperative, Hayti, South Dakota as untimely.
