$// PN, SWBT Waiver, PT. 69, DA 95-1328 //$ $/ 47 CFR  69, Access Charges /$ For Record Only DA 95-1328 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON SWBT'S WAIVER OF PART 69 RULES TO ESTABLISH A PAY TELEPHONE USE FEE RATE ELEMENT Released: June 14, 1995 On June 7, 1995, Southwestern Bell Telephone company (SWBT) filed a petition seeking a waiver of the Commission's rules in order to establish a new rate element that would more appropriately recover the costs of providing pay telephone service. SWBT also requests a waiver of the rules, to the extent necessary, to eliminate the assignment and recovery of pay telephone costs from the common line elements. SWBT states that under the proposed rate structure, interexchange carriers that receive interstate traffic originating from SWBT pay telephones would be assessed a charge for each interstate call received. Interested parties should file comments on the petition by July 5, 1995, and reply comments by July 17, 1995, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
