JAMA states that an integrated rate structure will substantially reduce rates for interstate telephone services, strengthen the ties among all United States citizens, and nurture the development of robust interexchange competition. Interested parties may file comments on this petition on or before August 15, 1995, and reply comments on or before August 31, 1995, with the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Room 222, Washington, D.C. 20554. Comments and reply comments should also reference AAD 95-85.
