$// Public Notice; SWB Waiver Petition (LIDB); DA 95-1553 //$ $/ Section 0.291 Delegated Authority /$ TRANSMITTED FOR FCC RECORD ONLY DA 95-1553 July 11, 1995 Southwestern Bell Telephone Company Petition for Waiver of Part 69 of the Commission's Rules Pleading Cycle Established COMMENTS: July 25, 1995 REPLY COMMENTS: August 1, 1995 On June 28, 1995, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (SWBT), filed a petition for waiver of Part 69.4 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  69.4, to permit the establishment of new switched access rate elements for the following Line Information Data Base Service applications: Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) Query, Calling Name (CNAM) Service Query, and Single Number Service (SNS) Query. SWBT requests expedited treatment by September 1, 1995, so that it will have a product available to meet expressed customer needs in 1995. SWBT states that OLNS Query, CNAM Service Query, and SNS Query will enhance the information available to SWBT's customers and provide additional fraud management, call processing, and service completion assistance. Interested parties may file comments on SWBT's petition for waiver no later than July 25, 1995. Replies may be filed no later than August 1, 1995. An Original and four copies of all comments and replies must be filed in accordance with Section l.51(c) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.51(c). In addition, one copy of each pleading must be filed with International Transcription Service (ITS), the Commission's duplicating contractor at its office at 2100 M Street, N.W., Suite 140, Washington, D.C. 20037 and one copy with the Chief, Tariff Division, Room 518, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
