Released: July 19, 1995 On July 7, 1995, MCI Telecommunications Corporation (MCI) filed an Application seeking review of the Common Carrier Bureau's Order that granted Bell Atlantic a waiver of certain sections of Part 69 of the Commission's rules. MCI requests that the Commission review and modify the Bureau's Order that permitted Bell Atlantic to file a tariff for video dialtone service in Dover Township, New Jersey. MCI argues that the Bureau's Order is contrary to existing Commission rules and statutes, and it sets precedent that will be followed by other Local Exchange Carriers that wish to provide commercial video dialtone service.
