DA 95-1731 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON NYNEX'S COMPARABLY EFFICIENT INTERCONNECTION PLANS CCBPol 95-3 Released: August 8, 1995 On July 28, 1995, NYNEX Telephone Companies (NYNEX) filed three Comparably Efficient Interconnection (CEI) Plans for new enhanced services: Audiotext Information Services (AIS); Customized Announcement Services (CAS); and Remote Data Processing Services (RDP). NYNEX states that AIS are computer-based audiotext information services that may be provided as stand-alone audiotext databases or audiotext services gateways. NYNEX states that CAS are computer-based audiotext services that enable subscribers to create, store, access, and retrieve customized announcements. NYNEX states that RDP are computer-based applications which require a remote data processing capability and the development of application specific software. RDP will entail designing and establishing specific remote data processing applications for specific customers or markets where a remote data processing capability is needed in order to provide the service. NYNEX states that AIS, CAS, and RDP use only tariffed network services available to other enhanced service providers at the same tariffed rates, and on the same terms and conditions. Interested parties may file comments on the CEI Plans by August 21, 1995, and reply comments by August 28, 1995, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
