New Service Feature; DA 95-2092 //$ $/ Section 0.291 Delegated Authority /$ TRANSMITTED FOR FCC RECORD ONLY DA 95-2092 October 2, 1995 SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY FILES PETITION REQUESTING WAIVER OF SECTION 69.4 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES TO ESTABLISH NEW SERVICE FEATURE Comments: October 13, 1995 Reply Comments: October 20, 1995 On September 7, 1995, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (SWBT) filed a petition requesting that the Commission waive Section 69.4 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  69.4, to the extent necessary to establish a new switched access rate element for a new feature to be offered with SWBT's DirectLine Custom service. The new feature would provide SWBT's customers access to directory assistance listings via an electronic file transfer process. Interested parties may file comments on SWBT's petition no later than October 13, 1995. Replies to comments may be filed no later than October 20, 1995. An original and four copies of all comments and replies must be filed in accordance with Section 1.51(c) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.51(c). In addition, one copy of each pleading must be filed with International Transcription Service (ITS), the Commission's duplicating contractor at its office at 2100 M Street, N.W., Suite 140, Washington, D.C. 20037, and one copy with the Chief, Tariff Division, Room 518, 1919 M Street, N.W.
