Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 96-27 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC.'S PETITION FOR EXPEDITED WAIVER OF PART 69 RULES CCBPol 96-1 Released: January 17, 1996 On December 8, 1995 BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth) filed a petition requesting the Commission waive certain provisions of Part 69 of the Commission's Rules related to switched access charges. BellSouth states that its proposed services represent a first step in achieving the Commission's goal of promoting competition in the delivery of AIN services.
