                         BELLSOUTH CORPORATION 
                             FILES REVISIONS
                      TO ITS COST ALLOCATION MANUAL

     On June 10, 1996, BellSouth Corporation filed proposed
revisions to its cost allocation manual (CAM) for the separation of
regulated and nonregulated costs.  The revisions reflect, among
other things, the addition of two new nonregulated affiliates.  One
of the new affiliates will provide internet services and the other
will provide air and ground transportation services to all of
BellSouth Corporation's affiliates.  Parties may file comments on
the proposed revisions to the CAM no later than  July 22, 1996. 
Replies should be filed by August 6, 1996.  Comments should
reference file number AAD 96-68.  A copy of each pleading should be
sent to Thad Machcinski, FCC Common Carrier Bureau, 2000 L Street,
N.W., Room 812, Washington, D.C. 20554 and the International
Transcription Service (ITS), 2100 M Street, N.W., Suite 140,
