Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 96-1786 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON AMERITECH'S REQUEST FOR WAIVER RELATED TO MINOR AMENDMENT TO AMERITECH'S PLAN TO PROVIDE CEI TO PROVIDERS OF VOICE MAIL MESSAGING SERVICE CCBPol 96-23 Released: October 29, 1996 On October 28, 1996, Ameritech filed a supplement to a minor amendment to its Comparably Efficient Interconnection Plan for Voice Mail Messaging Service. Ameritech's minor amendment was filed on August 26, 1996. In its supplement, Ameritech seeks a limited waiver of the Commission's Computer II rules to begin offering its customers a new feature effective November 13, 1996, rather than December 6, 1996, as those rules require. Interested parties should file comments on the Ameritech's petition by November 4, 1996, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
