This Order was   : Kpublished in the Federal Register on November 22, 1996,  I<  Kand therefore becomes effective on December 22, 1996 .  I<  KSome of the information collection requirements in the  Iw<  KOrder are contingent on OMB approval which has been requested by November 29, 1996.   KThe Order ordered "all nondominant interexchange   Kcarriers to cancel their tariffs for interstate,  I<  Kdomestic, interexchange services on file with the  I<  KCommission within nine months of the effective date of  I<  Kthis Order and not to file any such tariffs thereafter."  I<  ^KThe Order further provided that: "Nondominant  I <  Kinterexchange carriers may cancel their tariffs for  I!<  : Kinterstate, domestic interexchange services at any time during the ninemonth period."
