                       COMMON CARRIER BUREAU CONTACTS FOR
                     BELL OPERATING COMPANY APPLICATIONS TO
                           PROVIDE INTERLATA SERVICE 
                                        

The Common Carrier Bureau has designated the following staff members to respond to inquiries
concerning Bell Operating Company (BOC) applications to provide interLATA services pursuant to new
section 271 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.  These staff members will serve as the
primary FCC point of contact for the carriers, state commission staff, and other interested persons
regarding section 271 applications for the specified BOC.
