In its petition, BellSouth asks the Commission to forbear from applying the requirements of section 272 of the Act to BellSouth's "reverse directory" and E911 services. Interested parties should file comments on the BellSouth petition by March 6, 1997, and reply comments by March 17, 1997, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554. In addition two copies should be sent to Janice Myles, Common Carrier Bureau, FCC, Room 544, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554, and one copy to International Transcription Service, Inc, (ITS), the Commission's contractor for public service records duplication.
