Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 98-724 Released: May 6, 1998 AMSC SUBSIDIARY CORPORATION REQUEST FOR WAIVER Correction CC Docket No. 96-45 Comment Date: May 20, 1998 Reply Comment Date: May 27, 1998 The Commission directed carriers that provide interstate service to calculate their universal service contributions by multiplying their end-user telecommunications revenues by the universal service percentage announced by the Commission or Administrator. AMSC Subsidiary Corporation (petitioner) filed a request for waiver of this basis for assessing its universal service contribution, to permit it to contribute for voice service based on revenues of $0.38 per minute through the end of the year 2000. Parties wishing to comment on this Request for Waiver are directed to file the comments on or before May 20, 1998, to file reply comments on or before May 27, 1998, in accordance with the procedures set forth below. Procedure for Filing Comments should reference: The AMSC Subsidiary Corporation Request for Waiver in CC Docket No. 96-45, and should include the DA number shown on this Public Notice.
