                    INTERCONNECTION PLAN FOR 
                 VOICE STORE AND FORWARD SERVICES

     On December 3, 1998, Pacific Bell, Nevada Bell, and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (the
Parties) filed a proposed Comparably Efficient Interconnection (CEI) Plan for Voice Store and Forward
Services.  On February 4, 1999, the Parties directed to the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission,
a letter withdrawing its proposed CEI plan for Voice Store and Forward Services.
