Upon consideration of the above-captioned uncontested application, filed pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, we find that the present and future public convenience and necessity require a grant thereof. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that application File No. I-T-C-95-071 IS GRANTED, and AT&T Corp. (AT&T) is authorized to: a. convey to Cellular Communications Network Sdn. Bhd on an Indefeasible Right of User (IRU) basis a one-half interest in one MIU of capacity in subsegments B1 and B2 of the TPC-4 Cable System between California and Japan; and b. convey to Mercury Communications Ltd. on an IRU basis a one-half interest in one MIU of capacity in subsegments B1 and B2 of the TPC-4 Cable System between California and Japan. 3. This Order is issued under Section 0.261 of the Commission's Rules and is effective upon adoption.
