                                 Released:

By the Chief, Telecommunications Division:

     1.   On March 28, 1995, the Commission released an Order and
Authorization in the above-captioned matter (DA 95-574).  Paragraph
2.a. is corrected to read:

     "a.  lease from Comsat and operate the voice-grade satellite
     circuits listed in Appendix A, between MCI's authorized U.S.
     international earth stations and appropriate INTELSAT satellites
     over the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, connecting with similar
     circuits between the satellite and earth stations in the
     countries listed in Appendix A, furnished by MCI's
     correspondents;"

     2.   Appendix A is corrected by adding the following countries to
the list of countries to be served via INTELSAT:
