On August 28, 1997, the FCC issued a Public Notice requesting comment on the above- captioned application. Comments and petitions were filed on December 15, 1997. Responses are due January 15, 1998. 2. On January 7, 1998, SkyBridge L.L.C. filed a Motion for an Extension of Time, until February 20, 1998, in which to file its response. In its Motion, SkyBridge states that an extension is needed so that it may properly address the many complex technical issues raised by the Petitions. Further, SkyBridge indicates that no party opposes the requested extension. We agree that additional time is warranted and, seeing no objection to the request, grant SkyBridge's Motion. 3. Pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission's rules on delegations of authority, 47 C.F.R.  0.261, SkyBridge's Motion for an Extension of Time to file a response in the referenced application is granted.
