                            ERRATUM
                                        Released:  September  8, 2000

     1.   On July 31, 2000, the International Bureau released an Order and Authorization,
     FCC 00-277, granting Comsat Corporation (Comsat) authority to assign its space and earth station
     licenses to Comsat Government Systems, LLC (CGS-LLC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of
     Lockheed Martin Corporation.  The complete list of affected applications was inadvertently omitted
     from the caption of the Order and paragraph 26.  This Erratum corrects the caption, as shown
     above.  
     2.   In addition, paragraph 26 is corrected to read as follows:

          26.   Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated Application for Transfer of Control
     filed by Comsat Corporation and Its Subsidiaries, Licensees of Various Satellite, Earth Station, Private
     Land Mobile Radio and Experimental Licenses, and Holders of International Section 214
     Authorizations, File Nos. SAT-STA-20000323-00073, SAT-T/C-20000323-00078/79, SES-T/C-
