Report No. SPB-15 June 30, 1995 SATELLITE POLICY BRANCH INFORMATION: Erratum to Report No. SPB-13 (released June 21, 1995) Public Notice, Report No. SPB-13, is corrected to read as follows, with the corrected portion underlined: PanAmSat Licensee Corporation File No. 117-SAT-AMEND-95 PanAmSat Licensee Corporation (PanAmSat) has filed an amendment to its pending application to construct, launch and operate a hybrid separate system international communications satellite. (See File No. CSS-94-015) With this amendment, PanAmSat is providing additional detail regarding the design specifications of its PAS-9 satellite, including the frequencies, beams, EIRPs and bandwidths. In addition, PanAmSat is modifying the transponder bandwidth and frequency plans for its PAS-9 satellite and is assigning new power amplifier levels. Consideration of the addition of Ka-band frequencies to the PAS-9 satellite is being deferred at this time. Comments or petitions may be filed on those portions of PanAmSat's amendment that do not concern Ka-band frequencies.
