Section 63.12 These applications are for authority to resell the services of other common carriers to provide international switched telecommunications services between the United States and international points; and/or (2) resell the private line services of other common carriers to provide non- interconnected international private line services between the United States and international points and/or provide switched services to a country for which the Commission has determined that equivalent resale opportunities exist between the United States and the destination country. ITC-95-420 GlobaTel Resources, Inc. d/b/a PrimeCall Resale of Other Services ITC-95-421 AmeraTel USA, Inc. applies for authority to resell switched voice and data services from Alaska, Hawaii and the Contiguous United States to international points, and resell private lines between the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom for the provision of switched and private line services between the United States and those countries.
