REVISED PLEADING CYCLE

OPPOSITIONS DUE:              July  8, 1996
REPLIES DUE: July 22, 1996

     
                                    The pleading cycle has been extended for oppositions and replies to the
Application for Review filed in regard to the International Bureau's order, In the Matter
of AT&T Corp., MCI Telecommunications Corp., Petition for Waiver of the International
Settlements Policy to Change the Accounting Rate for Switched Voice Service with
Bolivia, USP-95-W-280, ISP-96-W-152, DA 96-714, released May 7, 1996.  The
Commission finds that an extension of the pleading cycle for Oppositions to July 8,
1996, would be beneficial because it would enable the parties to fully develop their
positions on the complex issues raised by the Application for Review filed by ENTEL-
Bolivia.  In addition, the Bureau extends the deadline for filing Replies to July 22,
1996.
