APPLICATIONS SUBJECT TO STREAMLINED PROCESSING:

         The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to
be acceptable for filing and subject to the streamlined  processing 
procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission's Rules, 47  C.F.R.
Section  63.12 These applications  are for authority to  resell the  services 
of other common carriers to provide international switched telecommunications 
services between the United States and international points; and/or (2) resell
the private line services of other common carriers to provide non-
interconnected international private line services between the United States
and international points and/or provide switched services to a country for
which the Commission has determined that equivalent resale opportunities exist
between the United States and the destination country.

Resale of Other Services
ITC-96-096      International Exchange Networks, LTD.  applies for authority to
                resell international private line services to provide switched
                telecommunications services, interconnected at both ends to the
                public switched telephone network, including operator assisted
                service, between the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and
                other international points . 

Pursuant to Section 63.12 of the rules, the applications listed above will be
granted 45 days after the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4),
and the applicant may commence operations on the 46th day, unless the
application is formally opposed within the meaning of Section 1.1202 of the
Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1202, or the Commission has informed
the applicant in writing, within 45 days of the date of this public notice,
that the application, on further examination, has been deemed ineligible for
streamlined processing.  In these instances, the application will be acted
upon only by formal written order of the Commission, and operation may not
commence except in accordance with such order.  
             
APPLICATIONS NOT SUBJECT TO STREAMLINED PROCESSING:

Applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be
acceptable for filing.  These applications are not subject to the  streamlined
processing procedures  set forth in Section 63.12 of the Rules.   They will be
acted upon only by formal written order of the Commission, and operation may
not commence except in accordance with such order.  See Section 63.12(d) of
the Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 63.12(d).   

ITC-96-097    Telecom New Zealand International Limited  applies for authority
              to acquire and operate facilities for the provision of switched,
              private line, and other authorized services between the United
              States and New Zealand.


Correction
Application filed by STARCOM SERVICES CORPORATION (ITC-96-039), inadvertently
appeared on the Commission's Public Notice (see Report No. I-8139, dated
January 26, 1996, under "applications subject to streamlined other resale
services"). It is being corrected to read, "applications NOT subject to
streamlined processing".
