All interested members of the public are encouraged to attend and suggest ways to make the Commission's direct broadcast satellite processes and procedures, found in Part 100 of the Commission's Rules, better reflect the evolving direct broadcast satellite marketplace and to ensure that regulatory procedures keep pace with new technologies. Topics for discussion may include, for example, issues related to: Procedures: Streamlining Application and Licensing Procedures, Due Diligence Requirements, Incorporation of Part 25 Rules. Policy Matters: Method and Assignment of Unassigned Channels, Provision of Ancillary Services, Full-CONUS Policies. Technical Matters: Receive Antennas, Receiver Interoperability, Tracking, Telemetry and Control Operations.
