("AT&T") has filed a motion for the Commission to grant confidential treatment for documents that AT&T has filed under seal for inclusion in the record of the above-referenced proceeding. The documents contain call distribution data on U.S.- originated calls within each of the countries for which the International Bureau calculated a tariffed components price. AT&T states that this data represents competively-sensitive proprietary information that is exempt from disclosure under Sections 0.457 and 0.459 of the Commission's Rules. AT&T requests that it only be required to give access to parties of record in this proceeding pursuant to the terms of a Confidentiality Agreement that it has attached to its motion. AT&T would make these documents available for inspection pursuant to the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement at the premises of AT&T, 10th Floor, North Tower, 1120 20th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20036, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. AT&T asserts that grant of its motion will serve the public interest by allowing full development of the record in the Settlement Rate Benchmarks Proceeding while protecting the proprietary commercial information of AT&T.
