("IWL") has filed multiple transfer of control applications involving section 214 authorizations and wireless licenses in the satellite, microwave and business radio services in connection with a merger transaction whereby the current majority owner of IWL will reduce his ownership percentage below 50 percent. For administrative convenience, the Commission consolidated the applications filed in connection with the proposed transaction into one docket. The Commission issued a Public Notice relating to the transaction on May 26, 1998. The file numbers listed below were assigned to the various applications and Report No. DS-1844 was assigned to all of these filings for purposes of overall coordination. The Commission received no comments or objections to the proposed transaction in response to its May 26, 1998 Public Notice.
