TAKES EFFECT JANUARY 28, 2002

	On March 16, 2001, the Commission adopted a Report and Order detariffing the international interexchange services provided by non-dominant interexchange carriers in order to promote further the pro-competitive goals of the 1996 Act and foster increased competition.1 Effective January 28, 2002, all tariffs for the provision of international interexchange services by non-dominant providers, with limited exceptions as set forth in the Order, must be cancelled.
