By the Chief, Policy and Rules Division:

              1.  The Commission has before it an Application for Review filed by WNNX License Investment
Co. ("WNNX") directed to a staff action dismissing an earlier Application for Review in this proceeding,
12 FCC Rcd 8392 (1997).  On December 11, 1997, WNNX filed a Request to Withdraw Application for
Review.  In accordance with Section 1.420(j) of the Rules, WNNX included a certification from its
president that no consideration has been paid or will be paid for withdrawing the Application for Review.

              2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, That the aforementioned Application for Review filed by
