NOTICE is hereby given that applications for vacant FM Broadcast
allotment(s) listed below may be submitted for filing during the
period beginning on the date of release of this Public Notice and
ending November 18, 1996 inclusive.  Selection of a permittee
from a group of acceptable applicants will be by the Comparative
Hearing Process.  Please note that applications filed for these
allotments during the window period must specify the allotted
channel and station class.
