Notice is hereby given that upon initial review, the applications listed on the
attachment are accepted for filing.  The applications have been found to be in
conflict and are considered to be mutually exclusive. 

The Commission will not accept amendments to these applications that result in
improving the comparative standing or to establish eligibility.  The Commission will
accept amendments to these applications that proposes changes that would be
considered essential components of a settlement of the mutual exclusivity.

Petitions to deny these application must be on file with the Commission not later
than the close of business on 

In the course of processing these applications, the Commission may request
additional information. The Commission also reserves the right to take whatever
action may be appropriate if upon further examination it is determined that an
application is defective and not in conformance with the Commission's rules and
policies in Mass Media Docket 83-523 (Second Report and Order, 101 FCC 2d 49
(1985).
