PROPOSED RENEWAL, ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF
CONTROL APPLICATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the applications for Instructional Television Fixed Service (ITFS) stations listed below have been accepted for filing. Petitions to deny against any of the listed applications may be filed with the Commission no later than the close of business on 5/13/00.

In the course of processing these applications, the Commission may request additional information. The Commission also reserves the right to take whatever appropriate action if upon further examination it is determined that an application is defective and not in conformance with the Commission's rules and policies in Mass Media Docket 83-523 (Second Report and Order, 101 FCC 2nd 49 (1985).
