         Low Power Television and Television Translators:

           Mutually Exclusive Displacement Applications

On September 2, 1998, a Public Notice was released listing
mutually exclusive television translator and low power television
applications which had been filed on June 1, 1998.  The
applicants were given 90 days in which to resolve their mutual
exclusivity by submitting minor amendments to the Commission.
This time was subsequently extended for an additional 90 days by
a Public Notice released on December 1, 1998.

Notice is hereby given that these applicants will be afforded an
additional 90 days from release of this Public Notice in order to
resolve their mutual exclusivity by using engineering solutions
and filing minor amendments with the Commission.
