Accordingly, interested parties may file petitions to deny those applications no later than November 13, 1996. NOTE: This list contains two types of commercial FM station applications. The first consists of FM applications which are not mutually exclusive with any other timely filed application. Secondly, the list also may include applications subject to settlement agreements which fully resolve conflicts among mutually exclusive broadcast proposals and the listed applications do not require the filing of hearing fees.
